An 8,000sqm 3-Storey Administration Building aiming for LEED Platinum with its significance in Sustainability and Material preferences'. It had devoured the use of Solar Panels installed at the Roof Deck while Green Roof was introduced at the other wing deck. Interior Finishes were conservative by using paints with lower VOC, finishes of flooring as subtle a floor finish concrete sealed and exposure of utilities and under slab painted in black matte that emphasized the concept of "industrial engineering" and also paved way to aiming Platinum

Interior Finishes were gradually maximized with the inspiration of Bamboo Panels and and Acoutic Treatment for their Offices' area giving it their best as Analog Devices 'Building for the Future'.

Formerly the Phillips Office of the Philippines, Ampleon had reactive the abandoned building to a world-class Philippine Based Office Building. Aiming for a simple vibrant of finishes from plain sleek blue and white furniture system and white paint for walls to ceiling. It was also inspired with the use of Plyboo for their Main Lobby giving it a bamboo feel with its diminutive space.
